Modi Cabinet: Amit Shah appointed home minister, Rajnath Singh is in charge of defence

New Delhi : After the huge win of BJP in Indian Lok Sabha Election on 30th may, oath function held in Parliament in Delhi. Now the list off all new Portfolio of all ministers in Indian Cabinet is out today.

Rajnath Singh, who was the home minister in the previous government, will now be in charge of the defence ministry while Nirmala Sitharaman will be the minister of finance and corporate affairs. Former Foreign Secretary Subrahmanyam Jaishankar is the new minister of external affairs.

The Bharatiya Janata Party secured 303 seats in the 543-member Lok Sabha in the recently concluded Lok Sabha elections. The National Democratic Alliance has 353 seats in the Lower House.
