Pak Prime Minister To Avoid Expensive US Hotels
New Delhi: According to the media reports on Monday, the Pakistan prime minister Imran Khan is going for a three- day visit to US starting on July 21. He expressed his desire that he is looking forward to stay at the country's ambassador official residence in Washington instead of Expensive hotel.
Asad Majeed Khan's residence can considerably reduce the cost of his visit, adding that neither the US Secret Service nor the city afdministration appeared "very receptive" to the idea.
Washington use to receive hundreds of Presidents and Prime Ministers eevery year and the US federal government jointly works with the city administration to make sure that those visits do not disturb the capital's normal life.
The Ambassador's residence is located in the heart of Washington's diplomatic enclave, where there are at least a dozen of embassies in and around that area, including few of India, Turkey and Japan.
