On may 20 a 12-year old girl died under some mysterious conditions in home of an Arunachal Pradesh MLA. And now her dead body has been dug out of the cemetery in north-eastern Assam's Lakhimpur district. The girl belonged to a Adivasi committee and was found hanging the house of Itanagar's representative in Assembly Constituency of Janta Dal (United), Techi Kaso.
It is reported that the girl was a regular visitor of Kaso's at his home in Burung Basti, a town along with Itanagar.
The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights(NCPR) member Rosy Taba said, " Her parents are working last 30 years at the MLA's house also her parents agree that their daughter has committed suicide and they don't want further investigation."
"We dig up the girl's body on Saturday and handed it over to the Arunachal Pradesh authorities for post-mortem" Lakhimpur's Superintendent of Police Harekrishna Nath.
The All India Adivasi Students Union filled a FIR and asked for the autopsy of dead body of the girl.
