AMIT SHAH'S PROPOSAL OF PRESIDENTIAL RULE

Amit Shah (Home Minister) has recently proposed many proposals in Lok Sabha and they are as follows :-
1. Amit Shah has proposed a proposal in the Lok Sabha to increase the term of President's rule in Jammu and Kashmir for 6 months.
2. He also said that Zero Tolerance policy has been adopted in his government in Kashmir in the last one year.
He said that we can not hold the election in Jammu and Kashmir because of the security reasons , he said that in his government zero tolerance policy is established so if they hold election there now then the probability if violence is high but he don't want any blood, violence,and any kind of activity there, But it is expected that in the next 6 months the commission will elect. He said that the decision of Rajnath Singh of making 15000 bunkers is great and will be done on time while 4400 bunkers are already prepared. To eradicate terrorism from the state Amit Shah has introduced the Jammu and Kashmir Reservation Amendment Bill.
However still Congress leader Manish Tiwari opposes the decision of establish presidential rule in jammu and kashmir. He said that when the couny is divided it is divided into two parts one for islamic and another for secular muslims who resides in jammu and kasmir . But the circumstances and conditions are responsible for presidential rule at that time,but the conditions get worse in yearly gap. Manish Tewari said that Jammu and Kashmir is a sensitive state, if party will rise from politics and work there, will do a great job.
